Мы объявляем набор участников на молодежный обмен "Secret library - Chapter III" в Эстонии!
 
Нам необходимо 4 участника и 1 лидер группы.
 
Молодежный обмен проходит при финансовой поддержке программы Erasmus+.
 
Даты - 10.10.2018-19.10.2018
 
Место - Palmse Mõis, 80km от Таллинна, Эстония.
 
Проект направлен на восстановление сказок и легенд из разных стран.

Secret Library: Chapter III" - is the third sequel of the in-story chronology of projects called SECRET LIBRARY. In the last 3 years we have implemented the first and second chapter where we preserved and revived dozens of legends and stories that were on the edge of extinction in Estonia, Portugal, Slovakia, Romania, Poland, Austria, Lithuania, Croatia, Macedonia, Spain, France, Germany and Hungary. The results we reached and the impact we made motivated youngsters to unite and initiate third edition with the aim to expand the impact on a wider geographical scope and bring additional cultural values.
Youth exchange will take place in Estonia, Palmse and will gather 36 youngsters coming from Macedonia, Turkey, Russia, Jordan, Georgia and Italy in the middle of October 2018. 
 
We want to provide the ground for the young people to meet each other, get to know previously undiscovered cultures and countries' origins, heavily increase knowledge about European Union and EU neighbouring countries, as well as improve own skills and overcome fears for interacting and integrating with other cultures. This youth exchange will help participants raise the awareness and understanding of other cultures and countries, offering them the opportunity to build networks of international contacts and develop a sense of being a World citizen.
Project will include different youngsters in the age 17-25, starting off with those, who have zero previous experience, and those, who have already gotten a chance to participate in such projects. This atmosphere should underline one of the very main principles of Intercultural Unity, where equality among the people should be not under the question. Project diminishes passive listening and boredom by itself, due to the programme saturated with all kinds of activities that imply interaction with others. Group discussions, workshops, simulation exercises and role plays should bring communication and collaboration to the completely different level. 
 
With all the stories presented, participants will work on a film-production. Each participant will take a role in the production where he can express the best their ideas and creativity. The movie will be disseminated among social media with greater impact on target groups. It will consist of set of legends to introduce every participating country and the very special final legend that includes elements of all the previous ones. All things considered, this youth exchange provides a ground needed for people to meet each other, heavily increase knowledge about each others countries and build strong friendships."
 
"Participants will dig deep in the origins of other cultures, explore legends and stories from other countries, find similarities of their stories and create a film as a product that is going to reflect the cultures of all = What connects us. Participants are going to learn and create through different storytelling methods, group discussions, workshops, role plays, simulation exercises, cultural visit and make a film production.
During the preparation phase we will give a homework task to participants to collect as much useful information as possible on the origins of their culture, talk to the elderly people in their community and discover stories that are part of the oral tradition. 
Language barrier is one of the issues to be addressed, as it is known factor that scares away even enthusiastic people. We plan to actively help participants to adapt and get comfortable as quick as possible through ice-breaking games, team-building and other reliable methods of non-formal and informal education. Participants will identify and explore the differences between urban legends, fables, myths, anecdotes, legends, fairytales and stories and share them through the Japanese Kamishibai method of storytelling. Participants will be introduced with the concept of culture, different perspectives of culture, the iceberg model of culture and will implement practical exercise on stereotypes and prejudices in order to feel the reality from "the other side". Workshops on intercultural learning and simulation games will be conducted in order participants to feel the clash of cultures and try to overcome it in order to reach the common goals. The aim is participants to understand that the cultures are not always as it seems at first sight - Putting the iceberg of culture model into practice. 
 
Participants will bring stories from their countries. They will be working in teams on merging the basic elements of those stories that they find similar, with the purpose to create one common legend that will include similar cultural elements from each story. This common story will reflect the spectrum of similarities from each culture. 
The second part of the youth exchange will be devoted on creating a film that will unite the cultures represented in the project. Participants will create a semi-professional film production. Each participant will take a role in the production where he can express the best their ideas and creativity. We are going to change the working methods and instead of having regular sessions, we will have open days where each part of the film-crew will self-organize their time according to the duties within the film production. This way of working will give total freedom to participants, but in same time exciting space for creativity and contribution into making the film the best it could be. For each session and activity in the youth exchange, the group leaders will be well prepared in advance to deliver short theoretical inputs before participants start expressing and exchanging ideas, knowledge and contribution.
Apart from storytelling and filming, this time we will add sessions focusing on importance of reading and literature "heroes" from our cultures. Participants will create a big table consisting of famous and special authors or books from their countries motivating to broaden reading spector of all participants. We will pay special attention to morals and values that we learn from books. "
 
Молодежный обмен соберет участников из Македонии, Турции, России, Иордании, Грузии, Италии и Эстонии.
 
Профиль участников:
 
- Young people interested in the topics of storytelling, acting, literature, filming and culture in general
- Age frame 17-25 years old
- This project is designed for newcomers to Erasmus+, so we expect at least 2 people from team with no previous Erasmus+ experience
- Solid knowledge of English, so participants won't feel excluded due to language barrier
 
Финансовые условия участия:
 
1. Проживание и питание во время молодежного обмена предоставляются организаторами. Место проведения - здесь.
2. Визовые расходы - максимум 70 евро.
3. Транспортные расходы до места проведения проекта и обратно покрываются на 100% в рамках лимита 275 евро. Если вы не помещаетесь в данные лимиты (по визе в том числе), разница оплачивается самостоятельно.
4. Взнос за участие в отправляющую организацию - 3500 рублей (оплачивается только после того, как вы были приняты в проект).
5. Участникам будет необходимо самостоятельно оформить себе медицинскую страховку на время проведения проекта.
 
Возврат денежных средств за визовые и транспортные расходы осуществляется только после предоставления оригиналов всех документов и билетов. Возврат будет осуществлен банковским трансфером через 3-4 месяца после окончания молодежного обмена.
 
Как подать заявку?
 
Если вы хотите принять участие в молодежном обмене как участник (вам 17-25 лет) или как лидер группы (от 18 до 26 лет), необходимо отправить свое резюме и мотивационное письмо на английском языке на Этот адрес электронной почты защищен от спам-ботов. У вас должен быть включен JavaScript для просмотра. с пометкой "Молодежный обмен в Эстонии" до 12 августа. В своем мотивационном письме укажите причины, по которым вы хотите принять участие в обмене, а если подаетесь на лидера - объясните, почему вы готовы быть лидером и какие навыки/опыт у вас для этого есть. В резюме просто напишите о себе, можно сделать его по форме CV Europass (Google вам в помощь) или в свободной форме. Желательно вставить фотографию. Фейс-контроля не будет, просто приятно знать, как выглядит человек. 
 
Обратите внимание, что лидер группы должен будет поддерживать связь со всеми участниками до (для подготовки) и после обмена (для отчетности). Мы рассмотрим также заявки от групп, которые уже знакомы друг с другом - может быть, вы учитесь вместе или состоите в каком-то общественном объединении. В таком случае, присылайте заявки все вместе в одном письме от предполагаемого лидера.
